BREAD MACHINE MAGIC
2tbCream, heavy
1/8cWater
2 Eggs
2cAll-purpose flour
1/2tsSalt
4tbButter
3tbSugar
2tsActive dry yeast

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "sweet bread" and push Start.

Yummy, sweet, no guilt, lovely texture. As it says in the book, almost like pound cake.
